Jeff Wolf and Senen Cabalfin formed Mobility Special Care Housing, Inc,(‘MSCH”) in 2011. Mobility Special Care Housing, Inc. (“MSCH”) is a not-for-profit 501 C (3) entity that develops new group homes and rents such homes to Service Providers registered with the State of N.J. Division of Developmental Disabilities. MSCH owns ten group homes for people with disabilities throughout Middlesex, Monmouth, and Ocean Counties, New Jersey. All ten group homes have been developed utilizing NJHMFA acquisition, construction, and permanent mortgage financing.

We are dedicated to serving individuals 18 years of age and older who deserve a safe, stable, and supportive place to call home. Our care extends to adults living with developmental disabilities and special needs, ensuring they receive the respect, guidance, and personalized support they need to live with dignity. We believe that every person, regardless of ability or circumstance, should have access to compassionate housing and a community that truly cares.
Our services also embrace elderly individuals, veterans, and survivors of domestic abuse, offering them a nurturing environment where healing, independence, and connection are possible. Whether someone is aging in place, transitioning from hardship, or simply seeking a place of belonging, we walk alongside them with empathy and purpose. At the heart of our mission is the belief that every life matters—and we’re here to ensure no one faces their journey alone.
